July 2017: Brunch, Coffee and Milk – Custom House, Edinburgh. 

Milk and coffee are often consumed together often on a daily basis, but the stories behind these two products are very different.

A collaborative brunch event between Leith and Southside Food Assemblies at Williams & Johnson! Firstly we ate a tasty brunch platter with food from local Food Assembly producers and learnt all about milk and sustainable dairy farming with Bryce from Mossgiel Family Farm, before discovering the secrets of good coffee sourcing with a cupping led by Williams and Johnson.
