A Halloween screening of sci-fi classic Soylent Green with an accompanying meal to trick, treat and delight, designed for Slow Food Edinburgh in conjunction with Leith Food Assembly. We served a portioned tray combining Scottish heritage foods with future food concepts to provide food for thought about what the potential of future food may be.
