This one hour workshop was designed with Slow Food Youth Network Scotland for the 2050 Climate Group’s Young Leaders Development programme to take a specific look at everyday food and drink within Scotland. In this short workshop, participants explored the food system implications of a number of food and drink items and brainstormed potential ways to use innovative methods to engage the public in asking more questions about the food that they eat.
